M&A Internship
Job description
During an internship at Lincoln, you will be an integral part of the team and actively contribute to live pitches and deals. You will gain deep insights into the various aspects of M&A, taking on significant responsibilities and challenged to improve your analytical, financial, and communication skills. You will be making valuable contributions to:
- Market and sector analyses
- Pitches, Information Memoranda, and other deal-related documents
- Financial models
- Business valuations
- Buyer analyses
- Due diligence

Who are we looking for?
Ambitious third-year bachelor or master’s students
- Above-average academic results, combined with extracurricular activities
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player, with a clear interest in M&A
- Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail
- Proficient in both Dutch and English

Hiring dates
Every two months, two new interns start their internship at Lincoln. Applications for these positions take place approximately 8 months in advance:
- Start date July 2025: applications in late November/early December 2024
- Start date September 2025: applications in January 2025
- Start date November 2025: applications in March 2025
