THE ROLE
As an intern, you will be fully integrated to our international Financial Control team, consisting of 8 professionals. You will closely collaborate with the Financial Controllers responsible for the Dutch residential portfolio. Your responsibilities will involve supporting them in diverse tasks and ongoing activities, such as:
- Overseeing annual municipal tax assessments
- Conducting ownership verification checks
- Preparing fiscal depreciation statements
- Handling ad hoc projects as needed
This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to get valuable insights into the dynamic and attractive world of real estate!
THE PROFILE
You are an ambitious and reliable person, with great drive and excited to learn and develop. You are a team player, but at the same time you take initiatives to solve tasks independently. You thrive on solving hands-on tasks. You are analytical, and structured in your way of working. You have a positive attitude and you are willing to work on diverse tasks and projects.
Required skills, experience and qualifications
- You are studying at a university or college and pursuing a degree in the field of economics
- Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken
- Experience with Excel favorable
- Strong communication skills
- Available to start as soon as possible
