On April 15, we join forces with the industry association for asset managers in the Netherlands (DUFAS). Together we organise the College Tour, giving you an exclusive look into the world of the challenging and varied asset management sector. Get inspired and find out about your career opportunities!
For this event, we welcome two CEOs of prominent asset managers to campus! Many different topics will be discussed. Besides getting a glimpse into the life of a CEO, they will also talk about how they got where they are now, industry trends, dilemma's and much more. The College Tour also gives you the unique opportunity to ask all your questions about the asset management industry and hear personal experiences from the CEOs. Afterwards, you will have the chance to speak to the CEOs in person while enjoying a drink at the bar. Below you can find a quick introduction of the speakers that will be visiting us at the conference!
Karin van Baardwijk is the CEO of Robeco and Chair of the Executive Committee. Previous positions she held at Robeco include Deputy CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Global Information Services, and Head of Operational Risk Management. Karin began her career in the financial sector in 2004 at Atos Consulting. She studied Business Economics and Corporate Law at Utrecht University.
Jorg Sunderman is the CEO of Cardano Asset Management. Jorg joined Cardano three years ago as Head of Sustainable Asset Management. Prior to joining Cardano, Jorg spent nearly 20 years at Robeco, this included from 2013 to 2020, working for Canara Robeco in India as CFO and COO, and as COO Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. Before that, he held various leadership positions in the Netherlands in product management and within the marketing organization.
