Are you eager to learn everything about both the financial and the legal side of an M&A deal?
Tuesday, the 15th of October 2024, the FSR and the Juridische Faculteitsvereniging Rotterdam (JFR) present the fifth edition of Dealmakers!
We kick-off the event with a visit to the M&A branch of Houlihan Lokey, where you dive into the finances of an M&A deal. In the afternoon, the group visits the M&A branch of Jones Day where you get the opportunity to learn about the legal side of an M&A deal. In this way, you get to discover the two perspectives that come into play during an acquisition. We will conclude the day with a networking drink!
