Ufenau Capital Partners is a privately-owned Swiss Investor Group headquartered at Lake Zurich which is focused on the acquisition of majority stakes in small and medium sized service companies in Europe. We complement the companies' organic growth through a systematic buy-and-build strategy
and form alliances with entrepreneurs at eye-level. Our team, which now consists of 50 people, is made up of personalities who are there for each other, who support each other, who move together in one direction, who give each other clear feedback, who have a high degree of personal responsibility and, above all, who together have fun and enjoy what we do.

Due to our 260 transactions within the last 10 years, our most recent raised fund of EUR 1 billion and our continuation vehicle of EUR 560 million, we are the fastest growing private equity firm in the DACH region and have been awarded as the ''PE House of the year 2021''. We are all very proud of this.

Benelux team

Since 2022 Ufenau Capital Partners added the Benelux as new market next to the existing DACH and Iberia markets. Starting with two team members based in Switzerland and Amsterdam we have the ambition to grow strongly in the coming years!
