We are continuously looking for the best and brightest minds and offer year-round off-cycle internship positions in our Benelux M&A team located at the WTC in Amsterdam for a period of 3-months.

About Macquarie Advisory & Capital Solutions (“ACS”) Benelux

Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes principal investing activities globally in support of its client activities.

In 2018, the Advisory and Capital Solutions division in the Benelux was set up by a team of experienced investment bankers from a top-ranking global boutique firm and has been a challenger in the Benelux market since. Our advisory activities are aligned into industry groups, reflecting key areas of expertise in: Infrastructure and Utilities, TMT, Software, Healthcare, Business Services, Consumer, Industrials and Financial Institutions. We continue to build our platform in Europe based on deep sector expertise and an excellent global platform.

What we offer:

  • Being a key part of the team, involved in all the day-to-day activities and assist on a wide range of transactions;
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: credit analysis, business planning and financial modelling, market analysis, due diligence assessments and administrative work;

About you

We are looking for high performing, entrepreneurial and analytical students in the (near) final stage of a technical, financial or otherwise relevant study, with strong marks in relevant numerical courses. Also, prior experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services, leveraged finance or audit, is a plus. Excellent language skills in both Dutch and English are required.
