The CBRE Investment Management Digital & Technology (D&T) team in EMEA is offering a great opportunity to join the team as Project & Change Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the introduction of new or changed Business Technology Platforms from business requirements to implementation. This includes:
Coordinating activities of project teams;
Identifying project issues and risks;
Organizing and developing product, training and communication;
Communicating project information to stakeholders;
Managing change and adoption in collaboration with the Business lead stakeholders;
Actively searching for ways to improve user experience and adoption.
You will be responsible for small to medium sized projects. CBRE Investment Management develops and implements Technology Platforms according to Agile SCRUM and you are expected to understand this methodology and manage the project accordingly. This challenging and dynamic function is positioned in the heart of software development and implementations in a global environment where you will be in contact with senior management but also with end-users.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates, and delegates work assignments for D&T and Business project team members.
Responsible for the oversight and performance of project status, meetings, reporting, scope changes, financials, administrative, and technical issues.
Manages project scope, change management, monitors project progress and performance, and provides status reports to D&T management and Project Sponsors, as required.
Serves as liaison between client business team and CBRE D&T covering: all project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
Manages expectations of sponsors, stakeholders, and team regarding scope of work and responsibilities.
Manage the requirements gathering, scope and cost projections for projects.
Creates training and development plans.
Manages projects on time and within budget.
About the team/department
You will be working closely together with other project & change managers, business analysts and colleagues from the wider global D&T team (product managers, software engineers etc.). You will be an important liaison with people in the wider investment management business. You will report to the Head of Project, Change & Customer Success EMEA.
What do you have to offer us?
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as math, business, information technology or computer science;
Minimum of 1-3 years of combined business and/or IT experience;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to (internal) stakeholders. Ability to present information in an efficient and concise way.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Manages and maintains project financial tracking and reporting.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Project experience with Microsoft Project and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with data analytics (platforms) is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, Scrum Master (CSM) or ITIL certification preferred.
