Investment Intern

Orange Capital Partners (OCP) is a Dutch real estate investment manager with approximately EUR 5.0b of assets under management. Founded in 2014, the company has grown to being one of the leading European residential and convenience retail real estate investors on behalf of globally operating institutional partners. With some 70 investment, asset management and finance professionals based in Amsterdam, Dublin, Copenhagen and Helsinki, the team has deep experience investing in and working out real estate investment cases.  

The Amsterdam office has an opening for a real estate investment intern. Due to the flat hierarchy, the broad and rapidly growing investment mandate and collaborative nature of the firm, the position offers significant growth opportunities.

As an intern, you will:

• Help analyse, underwrite and execute real estate investments for various OCP funds, with a specific focus on residential real estate
• Help the analysts creating complex financial models
• Conduct market research
• Help in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for our limited partners and OCP management

Professional requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Currently enrolled in a university in the master's phase
• Analytically driven
• Interest in the field of investments and real estate
• Financial modelling skills preferred
• Experience in preparing and maintaining presentations and benchmarking materials preferred
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Willingness to work in a self-directed way at times, but equally able to excel collaboratively
