HPE Growth

Established in 2010, HPE Growth Capital ("HPE") is an independent private equity firm focusing on expansion/growth capital investments in small to medium-sized technology companies throughout Northern Europe, particularly in the Benelux and Germany. Companies we find interesting already have real customers, protected intellectual property portfolios, profitable margins and competent management teams. They have become local champions but have the ambition to further accelerate their top-line growth through international marketing and sales expansion as well as buy-and-build strategies. As such, these companies need more than capital to achieve their goal to become tomorrow's market leaders. Recent investments include firms such as Kreditech (GER), Airborne (NL) and PPRO (LON).

HPE manages a fund of EUR 160 million and currently operates with a team of 8 investment professionals spread across two offices in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf, respectively. Given the strong deal flow, HPE is constantly on the lookout for strong candidates seeking an internship position ("werkstage").
