Who we are
Penta Infra is an Amsterdam based private equity fund that invests in digital infrastructure in Europe. The fund was founded in 2015 and is quickly growing in both portfolio and team size. We are hands-on investors with a long term investment focus who provide added value to our targets. The added value we can provide as experts in our market with an inhouse operational team gives us an edge over other investors. Furthermore, we are flexible in deal size and structure.
What we do
We are building a network of datacenters across Europe with current investments in the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark. Our rationale is to facilitate the rapid growth of the digital economy that requires quality investments in digital infrastructure to support that growth. We also invest in optical fiber and cloud related companies.
