PhiDelphi is a fully independent leading boutique in Hilversum, The Netherlands. Since its foundation in 2001, we have completed over 250 transactions for well-known private companies, corporates, private equity firms and management teams. Our transaction focus spans over a wide range of industries, with specific knowledge on software, financial services and healthcare. In about 70% of our transactions, we work as a sell-side advisor. For the remaining 30% we support the buy-side or management teams. We focus on the mid-market, with our sweet spot being transactions in the range of EUR 10m-200m. Additionally, about 50% of our processes are cross-border. We are partners of the DC-advisory network, giving us access to the knowledge of over 500 professionals in 23 countries. Furthermore, PhiDelphi is known for its unique tailor-made project approach and high quality advisory.

Our Culture & Proposition
We are currently working with thirteen M&A professionals out of our office in Hilversum. The culture at PhiDelphi can be characterised as informal and goal oriented, with the client’s interest always as the top priority. Despite the recent pandemic, our ambition for the upcoming years remains unchanged as we are planning to expand the team to fifteen-twenty M&A professionals. To support this ambitious growth strategy, we are keen on meeting highly skilled and motivated young aspiring M&A professionals. At PhiDelphi, you will enjoy a great deal of responsibility and will be actively engaging with our clients (being management teams and shareholders).
